May Riding in Mallorca

Steve Mckenzie is going on an informal ride with the following description. Contact him directly at sbmckenzie@gmail.com if you would like more information.

We will ride 10 days on one of the most beautiful islands in the Balearic Islands, Mallorca.

Rides will start at 9am and explore the the north side of the island. As a group we will discuss and decide where we want to explore the next morning.

Most rides have rolling hills within the interior of the island. We usually climb 1500' on those days.

We will also schedule a couple climbing days to Sa Calobra(the snake) and Cap de Formentor (famous lighthouse). Each of the climbs will be approximately 5000' of climbing.

Our hotel is located on the north beach in Alcudia facing the Mediterranean.

There will be options to go shopping at the old town city market and to take a cruise from the beach.
