Bob will be leading the ride on Wednesday, April 5, 2017 @ 09:00.


Riders, we will ride to Jamez Dam (or as far as the road is open) and then return to the Santa Ana GC for a food stop.
From the start point: East on Alameda to N Guaualupe wind around to 4th St North,
through the roundabout to the 2nd exit, Northbound NM 313 to Bernalillo, continue on NM 313 to Bernalillo.
Continue North on NM 313, cross US 550 ride 0.1 mile, Left (West) onto Old Hwy 44.
Continue West for ~0.6 miles, Left at the tee (South), Right (West) onto the sidewalk on the North side of US 550, cross the river.

Regroup: Gas Station / Store on the Right, West side of the river.

A good place to replenish your water

Right North onto Jamez Dam Rd., Right on Tamaya Rd. Ride 4.5 to 6 miles toward the Dam, [Pit toilets but no water at the dam].
Note: the road might be closed at the 4.5 mile point. You will have to make that your turn-around point.
Ride 5.5 to 4.0 miles back turn Left on Prairie Star Rd. in 0.4 miles arrive at the food stop.

Food Stop: Wind Dancer Grill at the Santa Ana Golf Course.

Return: Ride South, 5.6 miles on NM 528.
Left (East) on Northern (Don Julio Rd), Left on Todos Juntos, Right on Tierra De Corrales, (Road renames to Loma Larga.)
Wind over the Canal, Right on Carey, Right on Loma Larga, Then Ride 4.4 miles.
Left on Calle Cuervo, cross Corrales Rd. to the Flying Star parking lot, ride behind Little Anita's,
Left on the sidewalk (the North Sidewalk) running adjacent to NM 528. ~(37- 40 miles)
